We are aware that some of you are experiencing the issue where certain redeemed coupons are stuck in a "Pending" status in your web inventory and the coupon items cannot be claimed.
Our technical teams are still working on finding a solution for this matter and we will make a public announcement once this issue is resolved. Please keep an eye in our news or in our official discord here.
When the issue is resolved, it will be resolved for everyone affected. That also means, you do not need to submit a ticket to us if you are affected.
